For instance, if you signed up for a monthly subscription, we'll automatically charge your credit card each month and you'll receive your products without having to place an order yourself. Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

No worries! You have complete control over your subscription. You can pause or cancel it whenever you want. Just head over to the customer portal, which you can easily access through the magic link we sent you in your email. Don't have an account in our shop yet? No problem! Just create one and you'll be able to manage all your subscriptions hassle-free.

How can I skip or reschedule a charge?

Don't want to pay now? No problem! Easily skip or reschedule your charge in the customer portal. Just click the Skip payment button next to the scheduled delivery, or choose a new date by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date. It's that simple!

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If we can't renew your subscription because we couldn't process your payment, don't worry. We'll send you an email with a link. Just click on it and you'll be able to update your payment method securely.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

No need to create an account! You can still place an order as a guest. But, we suggest creating an account for easy access to your order history and to have your shopping cart items and payment information saved for future purchases. Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. However, if 24 hours have passed and you still haven't received it, don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@bearridgeco.com We're here to help you with any potential issues. Don't forget to double-check your spam or junk folder first, as our confirmation might have mistakenly ended up there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We strive to provide the best service possible. That's why we only cancel orders in two specific situations: if there's an issue with stock, or if you've specifically requested a cancellation. We understand that it can be disappointing if your order is canceled due to an issue on our end, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we will always process your refund in full, without delay.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us within one hour after ordering, via hello@bearridgeco.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, once we begin processing your order, we are unable to make any changes. But don't worry, if you need more of the product or want to add something extra, just go ahead and place a new order online. It's quick and easy!

When will my order arrive?

Orders we be delivered within five to ten days from the order date! If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, don't worry - just reach out to us and we'll make sure to check the status for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Can I track my order?

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our coffee and tea are perishable we do not exept returns or exchanges at this time. however if there is an issue with your order please contact us at hello@bearridgeco.com and we will everything we can to help you.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team within 48 hours via hello@bearridgeco.com with the details. We’ll respond as soon as possible.
